- The beds. So hard we had to go get a foam mattress topper just to be able to sleep the second night. The primary porpoise in getting a room is a place to sleep and they screwed it up. Additionally there was a planned power outage the third day, they knew about it ahead of time but failed to make preparations. Had to shower by phone flashlight. If it was unplanned that is one thing but when you know days ahead of time, rent a commercial generator and provide the services your customers paid for.
