Love the location. The breakfast was GREAT! And, I really enjoyed how quiet the hotel is - great place to get some rest at the end of the day.

You need MORE Handicap parking space. That was a huge full parking lot for me to walk.

Everything new! Sierra from the front desk is extremely nice and tries everything to get our stay better.

I was VERY disappointed in the treatment we received when we arrived. I made my reservation via booking.com as I’ve done many times before. The girl behind the counter did not seem to know what she was doing and kept repeating that they don’t like when guests book through a 3rd party app. The commentary continued even when our room keys didn’t work and someone else had keys to our assigned room! When I went back downstairs to get this corrected she spoke to me as if this was my fault. She never once apologized for the inconvenience. The entire interaction was inappropriate and not a good representation of the Hampton Inn & Suites. I have never been spoken to like this at a hotel before.

Clean all around!! Friendly staff!! Free open parking!! Access to great shops and restaurants!! Quick access to the freeway!! If flying into SoCal use Burbank Airport as it is a straight shot!! Will make this our go to place in SoCal!!

Wish it had an indoor shallow pool to do some water walking at night.

It was my best friend's birthday getaway and the staff were very accommodating to help me surprise them with flowers and sweets I had them hold for me until our arrival. The room was great and even had a welcome message with my name on the TV screen. A nice touch.

It’s new and with wonderful maintenance. Location super convenient. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants.

Great location. Staff were extremely accommodating as we had to make changes to the reservation several times. Couldn’t be any happier the way we were treated

There were some issues. I used booking.com to make reservation. I sent message to hotel that we were going to bring our dog. I got a message back saying g great he was added to the reservation. There was no charge quote in the email, none. Just he was added. Received an email outside of booking.com confirming change no charge would be applied.When we got to hotel after 8pm. I was told it was$100 pet fee.Why would I pay 300 a night to stay at Hampton Inn? We would have left our pup with the kids.Next we get settled in the room which is nice and large. No water bottles. OK I'll check the lobby store and buy some overpriced ones so we have drinking water.I go downstairs and look in the lobby store...Oh sorry we ran out of that. Here's a coffee cup you can fill and carry up to your room. Ok 6oz and 2 or more trips. It's a holiday weekend what manager doesn't make sure there is enough water for the influx of guests??I asked if there was a store close and yes there is across the busy street but there is a light etc .But really I'm going schlep a gallon of water at night for a half mile. I was a bit irritated it was a long family filled day, and we were ready to just relax. Nope, I had to walk out to car and make a trip.I mean for $300 in the Valley I would just expect water at least. Also, the whole pet thing! I didn't expect he was no charge until the confirmation emails. If there was to be a fee it should have been included there. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.Regards Maureen Auerswald

there was a loud sound like somebody was taking a shower from the other room,loud sound lasted for more than an hour and it was around 11pm
