• The property is multi level, so there are some stairs to different parts of the property, but that is more of a characteristic of the location, and not of the property.

• We had a very disappointing and distressing experience at this hotel.We arrived slightly later than announced, around 10:00 PM, due to very heavy rain. Because of the weather conditions, we were unable to read the messages that the hotel claims to have sent us beforehand. We were a group of five people, including two elderly guests and one pregnant woman.When we arrived, the reception was closed. We had to call the front desk, and a staff member eventually came. Instead of helping us with our confirmed reservation, he told us that “exceptionally” he would only accept to accommodate us if we paid for a more expensive booking. We did not agree to this unexpected price increase.At that point, his attitude became aggressive and unprofessional. He repeatedly pointed at the door and clearly indicated that he did not want us to stay at the property. Despite the late hour (around 10:20 PM), the heavy rain, and the vulnerable situation of our group, he made every effort to force us to leave.The staff member made personal remarks, increased the price again, and behaved in a way that felt discriminatory and hostile.In the end, we were effectively thrown out of the property late at night, in the rain, with elderly people and a pregnant woman, despite having a reservation.This experience was unacceptable and deeply upsetting. We would strongly advise future guests to be cautious.
