- The room was nice. Roof top bar was nice.
- The Valet staff were exceptional. Very Kind. Very helpful especially with suitcases.

- No jacuzzi. Room needs mirror over desk because bathroom is too small to get ready in.
- At the front desk line, there was a long wait. One guest kept asking the same question different ways and the front desk person tried to help her, but she the guest kept holding up the line. At that point more front desk staff should have been called to help other guests. Many people are in a hurry to catch flights so, need to move the check out line quickly.
