- Location, cleanliness and friendly staff. Easy access to the boardwalk.
- Being right across the street from the boardwalk was convenient. We loved the sitting area for watching the sunset.

- Breakfast it was ok, not what I was expecting
- We didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast as we missed the 7:00pm deadline. Having a central area for breakfast would have been preferred as there were 9 in our group and we enjoy getting together over a meal.
