Pros +
- Our room very comfortable and had a lovely view of the forest surrounding the hotel grounds.
- The bed.
- Our room was clean, comfortable, & beautifully decorated. It didn?t have a musty smell like some hotel rooms have, maybe because the floors were wood, not carpet. The extensive garden was also an additional bonus.
Cons -
- Our first room a suite was very dated, the boards on the patio had dry rot (seemed unsafe). Some of the wood planks were popping up. The room was VERY dated and the couch was filthy. People we met in the next building were just as upset.
- There is no gym/work-out room but the fact that there is a large garden to walk in balances things out a bit.
- Bathroom was terrible. A spider and its large web were hanging from the room door semi-blocking our entry. ? we wondered when was the last time the room had been cleaned! Sofa bed was one of the worst we?ve had. I expected a better, tastier breakfast.

The bed.
Our first room a suite was very dated, the boards on the patio had dry rot (seemed unsafe). Some of the wood planks were popping up. The room was VERY dated and the couch was filthy. People we met in the next building were just as upset.
