The front desk person was awesome. Very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Rude front desk the air conditioner did not work all night after 3 hours of waiting still nothing

I was told the room was ready however, when I started to go too bed there was blood spots in the sheets 4 about a quarter size. slept on top of covers in my street cloths

Heavy Bleach smell. Kept hearing doors opening and closing next door and upstairs.

Enjoyed whirlpool Bathtub and the a/c worked well. Close to Outlet Mall shopping area.

Not the best area, night time was quite noisy and could hear other guests yelling through the floors/ walls which questioned my safety as A female traveling alone, no outdoor area to sit, the housekeepers weren’t wearing masks Won’t rebook his hot

very clean, nice bed did not hurt my back, very nice clerk checked me in. Cable worked good. Pretty basic which was what I was looking for.

No I dont like hotels with allot of extras so this was just right for me

Breakfast buffet and access to freeway.

Musty smell when entering room - looked clean but did not smell clean. Looked updated but smelled old. Having fan on when coming into room may have helped.

The room was very nice. I was surprised by the look of the outside of the motel.

The outside wasn't very appealing. I was expecting the room to be rundown but it was very nice.

The foot pillow is the best thing that this hotel provided. The breakfast is also good, the breakfast area is clean.

pool seemed medium to small, breakfast fare average but expected for the value

Staff was friendly. Location was great for all the events we needed to attend.

Had a musty smell and the door had gaps on the bottom, little critters could crawl in. Breakfast was good clean area, with a great hostess.

The hotel had a modern appeal. The overall appearance was clean and well kept up. The breakfast was well balanced and filling.

The beds were very firm, I would almost describe the beds as hard. Both my daughter and I had a difficult time getting a good night's sleep.

The room was very spacious. There is lots of parking available close to the rooms. Close to restaurants and easy in and out of Highway 101.

the room was large and the beds were good. nice to have fridge and micro in the room the continental breakfast was very good well stocked

tv volume set to only I/2 wife hard of hearing had a tough time hearing everything

The room was neat and clean.

The water temperature for showering in the morning. It was either freezing or scalding hot. If you turned the cold water on at all to try to make it warm, the water turned completely freezing cold.

I would like eggs at breakfast.
