Rooms were spacious. Big TV in room. Included breakfast.

Parking had a fee. Water took a while to drain in bathroom sink and bathtub. Pillows were too soft. Only one elevator, which was out of service during stay. Mom had a hard time going up and down the stairs.

Was told I could not use the shower via call and note left under my door. Plumbing issue with room below me. Was asked several questions about whether I planned on showering, how long my shower would be etc. Drain work started early am before my checkout

Pet friendly, pleasant staff, clean, smoke-free

The staff was very accommodating

They only clean every third day an we we ended up being there for 8 days an they never cleaned our room. In fact the only time they came in our room was when we were resting but they had to get the a/c units cleaned. They gave us a flier.

It offered a two bedroom suite which was nice.

The location was on the backside of the freeway in what seemed to be the industrial side of town. Room not ready on arrival after 4pm. On checkout they AGAIN asked for credit card to pay for parking, this should have been done on check-in.

I enjoy staying at this hotel when I come to visit my family in So Cal. It is always very clean and quiet.

Very reasonably priced. Beautiful hotel and very clean. The breakfast was one of the best I have been to. Good food and plenty of space to sit. Close to shopping and Outlet stores. Had a wonderful time.

The staff, an service overall was excellent. The pool & hot tub could have been cleaner. I stayed with my daughter & grandchildren an it was a great experience. Thank you to the Hampton Inn Staff

Clean, good location, friendly staff, continental breakfast included hot food.

The hotel is in a convenient location right off the 101. There are many places to eat close by and gas stations too.

The hotel charges $10 a night to park your vehicle which you don't find out about until check-in.

The staff is friendly, accommodating, and the absolute best part of this hotel.

I did not feel the room met the expectations of the website description. This is a regular room, not a suite and no microwave. Luckily the staff made us feel so welcome that I felt comfortable enough.

This is by far not a 3 star hotel. They advertise breakfast but if you like coffee and cereal We went out to get food luckily there is a Cracker Barrel over the freeway they also share what seems like share parking lot with a Mc Donald's.

Quiet and clean rooms! Social distancing and the wearing of face coverings is being practiced during this difficult time! Enjoy buying a cold beer while checking in

There were multiple safety factors to show cleanliness through out the room. Staff was very friendly.

Another option of an elevator, but thats a minor suggestion.
