Very convenient location walkable into downtown. Nice staff and amenities. Free coffee in lobby very nice.

hotel employee was so kind and helpful. It’s rare to experience good customer service these days, provided exceptional customer service. I’ll never forget that. I also loved the complimentary Starbucks coffee, and complimentary bike rentals.

NO! Room was dirty and in mis repair

Room was old run down and when I called they said NO NO NO to changing rooms although the resort was empty

The spring fed hot tub and pool, steam room, and sauna. Bike usage for 2 hours.

No comfortable lobby to hang out in. The outdoor seating was very exposed and felt like you were in a rock desert.

The shower was cold and when we mentioned it to the lady at the front desk at checkout, she said ?the hot is cold and the cold is hot? and didn?t bother telling us at check in. It felt like it was on purpose. Please take the time to fix the plumbing.

Hot tub and pool with hot spring water ( but room key entry is not working and everyone enter from unlock gate)

Bed sheet was not changed, itchy once entered the room, had to use my own disposable bed sheet and pillow cases. Shower has yellow moldy silicon all along. Repair guy start hammering at 8am! Room is right next to road with poor sound proof.

The eucalyptus infused steam shower, dry sauna, and geothermal pool were amazing!

Wish it had electric DV charge stations for cars.

Steak and sauna were very nice. Beds and rooms were very comfortable.

Most of the town was within walkable distance. Sauna and steam room were a nice bonus and appeared clean. Front desk/checkin has an automatic coffee machine, making it easy and quick to get a coffee for the day.

Somewhat outdated. Tv had poor reception. Ceiling/floors must be thin, the people above me sounded like they were walking elephants or playing basketball. No fitness center.

The rooms, the beds and the location

The pool area,needs to be updated, it looks old and needs resurfacing, especially the Hot tub. Furniture is fine, the steam room and hot room were all clean and well maintained, as well as the suites, the pool area does not match the well-maintained rooms

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were great.

Pool area could use some updating but overall a fantastic stay.

Location was great to town, we could walk. Staff were all nice. Coffee machine in lobby. Loved the outdoor rea, wish it had been warm enough to sit outside. The mineral pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were great surprise. Text message communications.

A breakfast or small bar of sort so you don't have to rush out of hotel would have been nice. Hooks on the wall in bathroom and in room would be a great addition.

The staff is very friendly and responsive to all requests. The room is very clean and the location is convenient as it is about 10-minute-walk from the shops.

Very friendly staff. Julio in the reception was very polite and provide us with a lot information about places to visit nearby, shuttle services. Also housekeeping personnel, we were very pleased with them.

Room was small, but compensate with cleanliness, specially the bathroom, very spacious. Handy bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner etc., accommodated in perfect sizes to avoid waste of products. Smart!!!

What a relaxing place! The rooms are very pleasant and the pool and spa are heavenly!

The staff can be a bit harsh. Like when I called to ask for a noon check out (instead of 11 am) and the receptionist just answered ¿I give you 15 minutes. You¿ve until 11:15!¿ even though the hotel was basically empty (we were still in Covid era).
