• Nice breakfast, easy check in, and great accommodations!
• Location was great. Right by airport. Appreciated getting early check in and late check out

Cons -

• Beds were too hard
• Front desk attendant wasn't very kind and didn't not provide us information on any aspect of our stay. She simply just asked if we wanted to join Hilton Honors. She didn't provide information on free wifi for members or any perks associated. She didn't tell us where to find the elevator or our room or how to pay for parking on our way out. The only thing she said was parking is $35 plus tax, and asked for the card on file. We came across the attendant who cleans rooms, no smile or greeting from them either, even when we said hello in passing. Our room was not equipment with toiletries - the shampoo and conditioner were both empty and the body gel was nearly gone. There was black mold and discolored spots all over the ceiling above the bathtub - which makes sense considering there was no fan system in the bathroom to clear moisture. We were also under the impression that parking was included in the overnight stay and it was not - that is $35+ taxes. We will not be returning to Hampton Inn properties moving forward.
