- The hotel is close to shopping (target) and small places to eat (pizza, and Porto's Bakery!!). less than 10 minutes to Burbank Airport. All around a nice deal
- Staff, location, and price
- The staff were so very pleasant and accommodating. The coffee in the office is superb.
Cons -
- NO, Staff friendly, Location is central in Burbank. They offer a little grab n go (Coffee/muffins/power bars) And the mural on the pool wall is gorgeous! The rooms and linen are clean, small toiletries included.
- the staff is not at all helpful. We had heater issue in our room and we complained about it and they don't even consider that issue and asked us to stay in the same room without switching rooms.
- Less than hot water, broken room phone and non-functioning room safe. Sketchy parking lot
