- the bathtub forms water puddles. the management didn't fix anything or provide replacement. They did give a complementary breakfast

- Selected this hotel over others specifically for spa/hot tub .. upon check in was told spa was operational but new mgmt changed time open from 10pm to 6pm! Went down to pool/spa atea on 3rd day before 6 and found spa not operational !
