The motel provides a free shuttle service to Paiute Palace Casino, which is 3 miles from the property. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.

- Most reasonable price in the area.
- LEAVING
- Decent room for the price. I had a 2 bedroom bungalow. The location was probably the best part. It's walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Very quiet area and check-in instructions were communicated clearly
Cons -
- No on site clerk.
- NO STAFF
- It could use a bit of updating inside of the room. Carpeted flooring isnt the most sanitary. There were some cobwebs around the window sills and ceiling.
