The owners are very down to earth and got to our room in only a few minutes late at night to fix the tv. Very friendly also!

Something?s need to be updated so it looks nicer/cleaner which the owner (recently purchased the property) talked about doing.

The hotel was located near town so everything was convenient, the staff was friendly and inside the lobby was decorated for Halloween. Felt Cozy

Only thing I did not care for is that the walls are thin and the couple next door knocked on the wall to tell us to be quiet when talking. Not very comfortable staying in the hotel like rooms, rent a cabin in the property. Bed Squeaked but over all comfy!

I liked that it had a tub inside the room and the bed was very comfortable!! Loved that.

TV did not work. 2. The heater didn't work the first night there. I brought it to staff attention that I believed pilot was out. They didn't do anything. So I took care of it myself. Yup started up the pilot on my own haha.

Never got there all roads closed and I tried getting a refund was flat out denied. Stating basically I¿m dumb for renting a place with bad weather

The location was perfect, the room was exactly as described. No hidden fees, parking was amazing. The staff is super nice and the room was extra clean.

We liked that there was a hot tub in the room, though we had to clean it before we could get in.

Walking in there was a bad energy, like bad things had happened there. Felt like the room needed to be smudged. The bottoms of our socks turned black from the dirt on the floor. There were ants on the counter tops. Checked out early, they charged all days

Everything. From dirty room to cigarette butts all over the grounds where kids play. Ants in my room, see through curtains, no screen on my window, dirty footprints on the walls, just so so gross and disgusting. They definitely don’t clean the rooms.

It was comfy and cozy! Very convenient location to all Big Bear outings and eateries And most of all very clean

The wood fireplace is a nice cozy feature in winter.

OK Cabin style room. Very noisy building. Rooms come with a heater that did not work, but we got a bundle of firewood from the hotel first night, and a stand alone heater last night. Wi-Fi does not work unless you are close to the reception house.

the location is prime, there are nice restaurant within a walking distance from the hotel, in addition, it's less than 2 miles away from the snow summit ski resort.

I loved the owner she was great. We loved the room it was pretty awesome.

Location close to ski resort.

The bathroom was dirty and toilet cover broken and put aside. Shower dirty too, mess in the kitchen, the kitchen faucet did not work properly spilling water on you very small rooms, and noone at the night window late evening.

The location

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. We had to change rooms because the first one was infested with something that bit me and I had several welts on me. There were 2 water heaters in the room and the bed sunk in the middle.

The spa tub, the character of the hotel. Very cute place.

Not much in the way of sound proofing for being right on the main boulevard.
