Faucets in the bathtub were not working up to par and away from wall. Bedding sheets were extremely wrinkled comforter was dark made the room look dirty. Not light and airy like the picture online. Bedroom walls were scratches can touch up with paint.

I really don't have anything good to say about this Hotel. The only that was OK was that you could walk to eat or the lake. There is no view what so ever.

This room was dirty and run down. Lack of attention to repairs says a lot about the management or owner's attention to cleanliness. Spa tub jets absolutely filthy, shower curtain was filthy and had mold growing, stained tub, blinds broken and so on.

We loved the size if the spa tub,yhe angled television, the fireplace and efficient heater, the extra toiletries (slippers and hair mask), the equipped kitchen. The extra touches took it up a notch.

The giant gold stones in the tub area made the room look gaudy, not elegant at all.

I appreciated the customer service and the location was great. Hot tub in the room is amazing!

Location.

They gave our keyless entry code to other guests so they entered our room. It happened to another couple below us too. They don¿t have room cleaning service so we had go ask for clean towels and toilet paper. They didn¿t have extra toilet paper!

Cute hotel, rooms were big. Had a nice jetted tub but didn't use it. Close distance to The Village.

On a loud street. Cars were racing up and down all night. Bed was too hard for me but my bf seemed to be ok with it. Small parking lot. Make sure to read book, tells you which spot is yours. Poor dog in another room barked and howled alot.

Comfy bed, nice big TV, whirlpool was nice to use but did have some brown crud around the jets. We loved the eclectic decor in the room.

The Hot Tub

Bathroom lock was not attached correctly, Hot Tub and bathroom sink needed some major caulking redone.

The jacuzzi.

No air conditioning in July. Utterly ridiculous. The pillows were awful lumpy rocks.

that somehow we had a place to sleep

Well it wasn't clean,toilet papar only one full roll and small balance,sofa seats were pretty dirty with stains,blankets and,pillows on bed were horrible,table dirty,leather chair nasty dirty,microwave,small fridge,furniture was not dusted etc.

Room was GREAT. Modernized version of a mountain retreat. Comfortable bed. Nice lounge chair. Nice balcony. Street traffic wasn't too bad at night. Great location to walk to village. Hotel employee was super great.

The location was great and the fact that we had a hot tub in our room was awesome! Great TV with apple TV and the heated floors were awesome!

Cleanliness seemed to be an issue as the floor was still dirty in the bathroom. We also only got 3 towels for some reason but there is no front desk to call and get more towels. The hot tub jet popped out the first night and was covered in mold :(

The location was great, and such a simple check in and check out process made it so Convenient. Hotel employee is so polite and sweet, always following up with me. I will be coming back very soon.

Just a couple spider webs inside next to the front door in the corner and the chandelier needed some dusting but overall a very clean place.

It was a very cute cabin in a great location. It was perfect for what we needed.

We kind of ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and we didn't have anything to step out on from the bathtub. The refrigerator had some trash left over from the last tenant.

Green Tea Cabin is in a quiet area

Found insects in and around bathtub and in bed of the Green Tea Cabin. Overall dirty feeling and kept getting the faint smell of marijuana in the hallway.

Located in a great spot where everything was within walking distance,yet not alot ot outside noise from the street when in the room.

No complaints

Absolutely beautiful cabin, VERY well cared for, and in a wonderfully quite neighborhood.The spa was prepped, running, and warm at check in. Perfect place for a pampered night away. The wife and I look forward to many return trips.

It was modern and beautiful. The spa tub in the room was amazing!!

It was kind of close to road and I could hear traffic in the night.

Is really close to restaurants, ski resorts and also is super clean. The fireplace is amazing.

We got some issues with the cable TV. We called for the manager, he went to the room and fixed it. But I was already enjoying the bathtub. I had to get out to the bath, and wear something. We didn't expect it...but ok.

Cleanliness and decor and amenities provided

It was close to the main road and across the street from the fire station so it was a little loud at times.
