It is in remodel stages..nothing could be helped. No washer dryers Plug in for charge none.

Rooms are ridiculously small. Bathroom has little to no space to get ready in. Decor is gloomy, almost haunted feeling. No room service was not offered. TV was incompatible with Roku.

It was clean and in the right location

The room could use a little maintenance - Safe was beeping, bathroom lights were rusty, carpet was pulling up at the thresholds.

Would be nice to have coffee maker and microwave in the room. Also, if no UBS ports, how about some appliances so one can plug in multiple cords to an outlet.

The room was extremely small. Bathroom was tiny, unusable for C 2 people at once

Advertised a pool. Pool is around the corner in another hotel. $45.00 overnight outside parking is crazy and unfair. Parking not secured. No AC in the lobby. The blonde hair ?boy? on check in and departure was very unprofessional and very rude.

Run down. Carpes smelled the room was way to small and so was the bathroom a matchbox is bigger the sink was cracked and plastic containers. For $--- a night this hotel needs to stepp it up. I stayed in bigger and nicer 2 ¿¿ holes.

The only decent thing about this hotel was its location. OTHERWISE, there were several issues that occurred without any course of action to make things better.

The Wi-Fi didn¿t work in the room, there was a terrible odor (like mildew) in the room, & the service was horrendous. Has to call several times to have something sent to our room & sometimes still did not receive it. The manager never got back to us

Rip Off. quoted us one price then charged $147 for ¿Resort Fees¿ and another charge of $90 for ¿Parking¿! It was a joke. Never stay here

Such a charming hotel in such a great location! The room was beautiful and the staff made our stay extra special!!! We were warmly greeted at check in and they have a lovely little bar with the greatest bartender ever!!! A great find!!!

I booked this hotel, because it was conveniently placed down the street from where I was having surgery. Check in was supposed to be after 3 o¿clock when we arrived at 4 o¿clock my room was not ready. They offered another room which was much smaller

They gave us a full size bed instead of a king size bed and right next door to the elevator, which we heard all through the night

The location was good for me. I liked that there was parking. The bed was comfortable I liked that the windows opened. It was a great price for that neighborhood. Everyone was really nice it had a neighborly vibe. They had good strong coffee downstairs

Things were getting outdated and old and damaged. The room was super small and you had to request to have your room cleaned if you wanted it. And you had to get ice from the bar if it was open or the front desk.

The location and the staff were wonderful! It was a cool little refuge in the middle of Beverly Hills. Plan to visit the little bar (opened Wed - Sun nights) and yack/yuck it up with hotel employee and the fun group of regulars that hang there...so many

It is an old building, and the rooms are small...so keep that in mind. The lobby is dark when you walk in and smells a bit too much like room-perfume.

Central Location

Furnishings seemed dated and worn, Musty smell coming from window unit AC, no hot water! had to take a cold shower

Felt humid inside, room was tiny not like yhe pictures. Very old building, bed frame was dirty and cloth. Can hear everything through the walls.

Location was perfect. Staff was helpful and kind!

Overnight parking was very expensive.

The only good thing about the hotel was the clerk who checked me in. He had impeccable guest service. The rest of the front desk staff did not. He provided a coffee pot when I returned to my room even though the other staff said no coffee in rooms

2-star hotel at best; no parking due to filming in their lot but charged $37/day for parking at property down the alley, could not close shower door (swung in), showered with door open, didn't send notice of the power being turned off, no room cleaning...

hotel was fine, location was fine, room was very small. It was a bit rowdy but it was St Patty's Day.

I got a ticket for street parking when all signs were followed and there was an additional "Beverly Hills resort" fee that I didn't factor in when booking.
