    Pros +

    • I stayed at the Wilshire Beverly Hills. The rooms are very dated & the front desk mentioned the hotel is going through some renovations as we speak. The hotel is located near Rodeo Drive and known from the movie Pretty Woman. It is the spot of celebrities
    • fabulous hotel with top notch service!
    • From start to check out the hotel staff were amazing and catered to every need we had. Nothing was too much trouble.

    Cons -

    • The only complaint is the old vibe. I love modern and it needs some minot updates
    • Price is too high
    • Our room faced the gym and hotel guests exiting the facility looked straight into our room so it made using the balcony. The complimentary car wasn’t available until 1pm. The windows in the bedroom were not clean, the bedside music centre didn’t work.

The hygiene is excellent, and the location is very convenient.

I am an out-of-town guest here for leisure and travel. My check-in experience was comfortable, and the night before my stay, I even mentioned to the front desk that I hadn't been resting well lately and hoped to get some proper rest here. However, at 8:45 a.m. the next morning, housekeeping repeatedly rang the doorbell and shouted, "Housekeeping!" I understand that this is partly because I didn’t turn on the "Do Not Disturb" sign—but the button for "Private" is on the door panel, which is different from the usual hanging signs, so I didn’t realize it the night before. Still, that wasn’t what upset me the most. What really frustrated me was that after dragging my exhausted body to the door and telling them I wanted to rest a little longer before cleaning—while also pressing the "Private" button—an hour later, a card was slipped under my door. It roughly said something like: "We understand you don’t wish to be disturbed right now, but we are here to check on your safety and also have the right to ensure the hotel facilities are not being damaged." I don’t remember the exact wording, but… “check the facilities”? Seriously? At 8:45 a.m., what facilities are you checking? You disturbed me—just own it. Why try to justify it with such excuses? This is supposed to be a leisure-focused resort hotel. Do you really think guests come here to damage the property? I really don’t appreciate this kind of face-saving corporate language.

The food was ok and the gym was ok

The resort is one of the weakest 4 seasons ive been to. Rooms mediocre. Facilities mediocre. Stuff very fishing. Guests - american average family - not very pleasing to the eye. Ive seem better Ritz Carletons than this. 5 hpurs away from airport. Totally remote - weak offers for excursions. For the value - totally overpriced. Compared to asian four seasons i recommend not to book this one

Very friendly Personal and helpful. We changed the room to the upper deck and it was wonderful, compare to the first Room we had.

The first Room we got was not at all as per our expectations, since it was located directly in front of another Building without window and 3 meters away from Balcony. The Balcony didn't have any view at all because the building.

Bfast was goodLocation couldnt be betterStaff very friendly

I had my laundry done unfortunately the service did not reach my expectations. My items came back rather wrinkled and the folding was so bad that I had iron them.We ordered a charcuterie board, the arrandement of the items were not very inviting especially the meats - the colour was off
