Great location and atmosphere

Hidden charges, like extra fees. Didn't expect so many. The price starts off good and by the time your done, you're back to the original price.

Hotel added a number of charges at check out. A wellness charge ,etc. which totaled over $100. We refused to pay. They took it off. It really effected our view of the hotel.

The doors were dirty. You can hear everything from the street although we were on the highest floor

Modern/retro style, large room, friendly helpful staff. Ultra clean.

Condition of room, patched walls, etc.. sofa bed was extremely thin and unusable. no parking except valet, and they charge for every little thing

Staff were incredible.

$44 for valet parking and no street parking. Cabana rental for pool is $600 and no fee pool space. Crossing an alley to get to second building.

States for two nights and the air conditioning wasn't working. They were not able to fix it.

Room was attached to a parking garage. Parking and hotel "resort" fees were expensive and didn't provide anything special, I'd never stay here again for the price.

The staff was amazingly friendly.

I booked this hotel based on the photos. When we checked in, we were put in an alternate building, which lacked the charm and ambiance of the main one.

The room was attractively furnished but very small. There was no fan in bathroom;too cold to open window.The floors were FILTHY;feet black.Failed to make requested wake-up call. Almost missed appt. Room noisy.

You pay a fee for the pool!! wifi!! Crazy!! You pay a fee for parking $41 a night!! even the hotel has a parking lot in the building

It has a good vibe, it's clean. Good decor.

Hotel was updated and had a very nice large room.

Did not like all the extra costs. We stayed for one night and was charged a resort fee and parking which made for additional cost for what seemed pointless.

Pretty much everything, This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It is more a glorified motel with a nice hotel entrance. The room had a feel of staying in a motel, the bathroom was small and tub was clogged.

Leaving it.

1. room was in a separate building off campus 2. wreaked of dissinfectant 3. asked for roll-away bed and never received it 4. valet damaged my rental car (backed into yellow post barrier) and then said the car came in damaged. Not the case.

The location was very good, within a short walking distance to shopping in Beverly Hills, and central location for visiting Los Angeles. The staff was also very professional and courteous.

The hotel was definitely not a 4-star hotel. The secondary building to reach our room was through the back alley, the elevators didn't work, their in-room tablet system didn't work, the bathroom was old, with cracked tiles and wall outlet.

This hotel does not match up to the star or price. Just because it's in Beverly Hills it is expensive. The hot water didn't work well and the wifi also didn't work well. Bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable

Definitely not a 4 star. we were guided to another building that looked like a a motel with an ugly architecture. The room was really small. There was some construction on the 2nd floor from early in the morning. We were charged without a prior knowledge.
