- Seeing the pillow on the bed custom embroidered with my initials (yes you can take it home with you as well). Having complimentary use of the house Rolls Royce and driver to take me shopping and pick me up afterward. The incredible staff.
- All staff very personable and attentive. Thank you for taking care of us
- Wonderful traditional design and rooms!
Cons -
- I was on the 4th Floor (top floor) and at 6:30am you could easily here the staff moving the chairs and other furniture "skreeching" across the decking and lasted about an hour...Needless to say, they changed my room to a lower floor.
- room interior was slightly outdated but still very luxurious, but i believe room interiors are slated to be renovated.
