The Beverly Hills Hotel - Dorchester Collection

The hotel is timeless and just beautifully done. It really feels like old Hollywood glam. The service and staff are amazing!

They weren’t very transparent about Covid restrictions. The pool was at capacity by 12 so we couldn’t get a seat. As a gust paying six figures a night that was disappointing. I would have got there early if I knew that was even a possibility.

Attention to detail; staff attention to needs of guests. Intimate surroundings and character of the hotel itself.

The pool area had trash lying around the grounds; pool staff was observed taking unauthorized photographs of guests.

the service around the pool was that of a 3 to 4 star hotel. Servers would leave garbage on the tables . slow to get a drink or help. Not so classy as the rest of the hotel

Its the Beverly Hills Hotel!! No other hotel like it in the world!! Service is like no other...You are treated like a star from the moment you arrive.. just the best experience and for us at least, our favorite hotel anywhere in the world!!

What a treat! The best hotel experience ever. The staff are amazing, attentive without being intrusive and so helpful. The room was fabulous, we really appreciate old style traditional luxury and this hotel delivers it 100%. We are in all three of the restaurants and could not fault the food or the service. The added bonus was the delightfully festive way it’s all been decorated for the holidays. We were celebrating a big anniversary and were thrilled to receive a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room along with some other treats but more importantly a lovely personalised card congratulating us and thanking us for choosing the hotel. Thank you!!

We did have to change rooms as they have some building works going on and it was very noisy. However this was all taken care of with the minimum fuss and didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Beautiful historic hotel, front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room service staff were amazing as well. All dining options at the hotel are incredible.

The bathrooms are slightly outdated and surrounding streets are sometimes busy with tour buses which can be heard from inside the room or balcony. The gym needs a renovation.

My stay at the Beverly Hills hotel was EXCEPTIONAL! I enjoyed every minute of my stay from the minute I arrived to the moment I headed back for the airport to head home. Every employee at the hotel was kind and helpful. Every meal I had from the Polo Lounge to my lunches by the pool were served to perfection. I can't wait to go back!

Moisture problems in room but was changed to another and bigger suite. Phenomenal.

The property is beautiful and immaculate. The staff goes above and beyond. It’s everything that you would expect from a five star hotel. The room was spacious and anything we needed we just called the front desk and they were very prompt. The area is excellent easy access to different parts of the city. They even allowed complimentary late check out when I called.

With prices north of the Bel-Air Hotel it is no longer an especially good value.

Friendly and helpful service from every member of staff I encountered. Really nice room with all the comforts you would expect at a hotel of this caliber. Dinner at the Polo lounge was excellent, good quality food and nice ambience. The complimentary upgrade was a nice touch.

Loved the beauty, the history, the richness and the incredible staff!! In particular Anastasia, Chloe, Mitchell and all others.

No coffee maker in the room. Also, our balcony was noisy due to a huge fan right by it.

A simply wonderful hotel. Room was stunningly furnished. The Polo Lounge is a fantastic restaurant. Pool is terrific. There is a great little cheap coffee/breakfast spot on the lower level (Javier Bardem sat two seats down). But what makes it so special is that the staff are so friendly and helpful (thank you Frank). You might expect a bit of snobbish attitude but that simply isn’t the case. Everyone is so welcoming. There is a BMW town car available to take you anywhere within 3 miles (I think) which was very handy.
