- The staff! They are fantastic,
- good customer service
- The smell of the hotel was inviting. The staff were professional and accommodating and clearly committed to providing exemplary service to their guests.
Cons -
- I was drawing a bath and the water diverter faucet fell off the wall and into the tub. I heard a loud clank and found it in the tub. It was stressful.
- 24 hour construction was not conducive to a good night's rest. I was disappointed that hotel management would make the decision to allow 24 hour construction that included the use of heavy equipment.
- The pool was closed and parking was $65 a day (Valet only)
