- Location was good and the front desk guy was very nice.
- The true selling point of this Motel is that it's location is beautiful, rustic and in the heart of Felton area. For those looking to avoid the city, this was great.

Cons -
- Walls were thin and you could hear everyone in the adjoining rooms. Furnishing was dilapidated. Bathroom had mold which was painted over. Fridge was very loud.
- The motel is not well maintained. So many issues with the room I was in. Show rod barely hanging on the walls. Wall touchups in different color paint, so many rusty fixtures etc. It's just not a nicely maintained motel
- Smell, heavy bleach smell
