Location, value, cleanliness, room size

The doors in the room were difficult to close and didn’t lock. I didn’t realize until the morning the duvet was dirty. It was really gross

Pretty aweful hotel with very rude staff nothing was good about this experience

The staff and specifically the reception manager was very rude and started to yell at us when we asked about the room smelling like weed and the overall horrible state of the room as it was not clean at all. I would never stay at this hotel again!!

The $100 incidentals which is still pending going on 3 weeks now.

I love this hotel very close to the freeway beautiful rooms very clean the front desk lady super friendly nice and best customer service I¿ve ever had. Breakfast in the morning my experience was 100% I love this place.

The beds are good

I found many hair in the sink the location and too expensive

The hotel has a comfortable space for my family. The price is reasonable and the parking fees are not ridiculously high as in San Francisco. I don¿t feel that safe in San Francisco either!

The bed was okay. Not as good as other Hyatt Places we stayed in Seattle and Oregon. The sofa bed definitely needs to throw away. There is no cushion comfort and totally stained¿¿ The room had flies. Breakfast needs to upgrade as well better coffee.

The pond view

The rooms looks and smell dirty. The remote controllers in all the tv did not work. The breakfast was empty when we went to eat we had to wait for food. Spaces were limited. Super crowded.

Rooms were clean and expected standard. Water pressure could have a been a bit better though.

The assistant manager and manager were non responsive to important queries ahead of stay.

Uncomfortable toilet; low profile y my left shoulder was touching the wall

Very spacious suite with kitchenette easily accommodating 4. Bedroom with door provides some privacy.

Bedding had to be requested for pullout sofa. Hot breakfast so so.

Loved our stay here. All of the staff were super nice and professional. The breakfast was great and the rooms were spotless. They even had a laundry room on site!! I would definitly recommend this hotel.

Nothing it looks like people live there.

The rooms were not cleaned properly. There was stuff splattered on every wall in my first room. A dead bug that was smashed and left on the wall. Fingerprints, footprints & dirt marks on the walls & doors. They charged me twice.

lack of effort of staff to respond to needs or even to have a system in place to address needs. Specifically, an tem was left in the room. I was not contacted. They made no effort to locate it. It was not returned. No call back from manager received.

The pool is not in service however we did not go for the pool. The staff was fantastic, but forgot to mention that breakfast hours are 6-9, which is normally 7-10. They still were very accomodating.

It was pretty much what we needed.

Rooms were spacious

Rooms were not clean (bad smell and dust everywhere in the room), it was not expected from Hyatt's 3 star hotel. No Elevator.

Upon arrival was informed the pool was out of service fir our whole stay. Very disappointed I paid for this service and not notified prior to arrival so I could decide if I wanted to continue to keep this reservation or not. Only 1 of 3 washers worked

Location. Staff willingness to help. Changed our original room due to a bathroom leak. Hot breakfast was a plus. Good Covid safety precautions.

The hotel was recently opened after a Covid shutdown so the appearance is not the best. It appears rundown. Doors and walls need painting. We were showed two rooms after we discovered the leak in the toilet and none were in condition to move in.

Spacious room, excellent staff, Hyatt House is like your home while you are away. Quiet location!

Refrigerator stopped working, we put food in freezer (Didn¿t want to change rooms)AC was loud. Hyatt Houses have everything but think it was due to Covid: no sponge and a few basic utensils. Very minor

The room was spacious, beds were comfy & breakfast + coffee were good.

While the hotel has been updated, it is looking a little shabby. Carpets were worn, paint chipped on walls, bathroom fixtures loose; very much in need of some detailed attention. It definitely could have been much much cleaner as well.
