We liked the breakfast, pool size and usage, 24 hr fitness center

the sheets were a little old/rough feeling

I liked being able to get a two room suite with a kitchen. It was nice to put the kids to bed and still have a space to hang out with my husband without worrying about waking the kids.

This hotel is the absolute best. The staff is always amazing! Despite the best hotub in the area and the place always being clean they make me feel at home. I stay at a lot of different hotels and this is my favorite by far

when I went to breakfast at 8am, there's no fruits or yogurt or muffins.

Room was cramped, but adequately supplied..

The water was hot and the water pressure was good. Other than that -- the rest of the experience was very poor.

1. No attendents at the front desk - waited for 30 minutes at 8:30pm. 2. Not enough linen in the room -- the main bed had a mattress cover for a duvet, and the sofa bed had no linen or pillows. 3. There was no housekeeping -- it is on request and

The rooftop firepit

It was dirty, every ice machine was broken, they had to come to restart my air conditionings electric 3 times, the breakfast buffet was cold, the staff was unfriendly, there was never a manager available, and the grills were disgustingly dirty.

kindly train your breakfast servers:very rude and unhygienic. She gives you a very dirty look when you ask for something. They clean the area and with same dirty hands keep bringing washed dishes from inside and keep touching their dirty T-shirts.

The check in lady on 4/16 was Awesome! I had a bunch of requests and she helped me out a bunch before my room was ready.

Pool and hot tub unavailable. This was one od my search criteria when picking this hotel. Very disappointed.

Very clean. Good breakfast choices that change day to day. Nice social hour 1X a week. Friendly staff. Large rooms. They worked with us when we needed to change our reservations dates and we so appreciate that! Wonderful stay. Can¿t say enough good things

Parking

I choose this hotel because website shows it has pool available but when we got to the hotel they told us it was close and I didn¿t like that because that was the main reason why I choose that hotel. Really disappointed on that.

The pool is closed due to repairs needed and has been for years! That was the only reason why I booked this hotel. The beds are very uncomfortable.

What I liked best was the apartment suite options they offered. It felt cozy and at home. I would definitely stay again at Homewood Suites and highly recommend it for anyone who is traveling with family. Staff was great and friendly!

Layout, decor, simplicity, tidiness of the room was great. Also included (free) parking. This Hilton chain is one of my favorites, especially with a full kitchen (stovetop, fridge, sink, microwave). Staff was very professional.

There was an adjoining door to the room next door. I don't expect these doors at 3-star lodgings, and this wasn't noted in the photos/descriptions online. Also, some of the dishware/kitchen utensils were missing and others were not clean.

The kitchenette

I chose this hotel for the indoor outdoor swimming pool and we were unable to use it and nor were there any hot breakfasts. And our car is broken into someone stole all of our change ramble through the vehicle😠😠ðŸ˜ÂÂ
