Room was dirty, location is bad, nothing to do , small rooms , lots of homeless ppl around

When you walk in the bed, skirts were all wrinkly and pulled up halfway. The refrigerator was dirty. The floor was dirty had spots all over the place. I just won?t go there again and there was a lot of violence going on in the middle of the night

The room.had wholes everywhere like someone was punching on the wall there was roaches and it was dirty over all and the toilet was broken it looked like a domestic room

Ii made a reservation they put a room fee hold on my debit card. Then when I got there they charged my debit card again. So now I have pd double what if I would not of had the funds in my account to cover 5 days later and I still have a double charge.

Very quiet and small.

Jacuzzi was empty and pool was dirty.

First I would like to know who I contact in order to get a refund. I spent a lot of money just so I could feel uncomfortable and the lack of service and hospitality was awful considering it is supposed to feel like a home away from home.

The ac didnt wrk the beds were lopsided and I am still suffering from sleeping in it. Ny neck and lower back. The fridge didnt wrk at all and no water pressure

The breakfast and it was super quit duri g the night time definitely was able to rest

Wished breakfast had more of a selection and the pool hours be extended

They didn't have a casino like advertised it was 20 min away and they didn't even have our room it was overbooked and I still haven't received refund

Its clean, but old. 7miles from the shopping outlet. Checking staff is very friendly

Room near by the highway and the railways, its noisy in the night.

The female desk clerk was courteous, kind and gracious. Our first room had a broken AC and a broken TV. She was nice enough to give us another room.

The owner is rude. We arrived after 3pm to check in. Chec in time is 2pm. Although there were other rooms available he instead gave us a room still being cleaned. This turned out to be a room that smelled like rotten eggs with a broken AC and TV

Recent redecorating was nice, and it had a fridge and microwave in the room. Bed was comfortable.

It needs a good overall cleaning. The inside of the bathroom door was grubby with several long dark hairs stuck to it. The internet didn't work well at all. The 'breakfast' was just cereal and other sweet foods which we don't eat, so it did us no good.

The location was best.

There was flies in the room. There was granular earth like sediments coming out of the water in tub. And the furniture was old, bruised and outdated.

It was clean but the smelled a bit moldy

The air conditioning took a while to get cool and then it would not work properly all niģht

Room was clean and spacious.

Hotel served its purpose, Close too our next location. The staff was friendly and meet expectations. .nice TV

Hotel rooms require attention - drapes be spreads and end tables / armoire. Dirty and in need of repair, carpet also
