The room was newly renovated so it was new and clean . Overall everything was clean.

The entrance to the hotel routed you around the back but maybe that was due to renovations going on.

Last year we visited there was construction, there's STILL construction going on. We were given the room directly above the noisy entrance door. SOUNDED like train each time a guest came thru. We didnt sleep well. Oh and it was mentioned at check out.

Convenient location. We usually love Hampton Inns everywhere we have traveled. Breakfast was as expected, very good!

They were in deep renovations. I wish we had known the parking lot would be full of containers.

Quick check in and check out, clean bathrooms and beds. Friendly staff and convenient location.

I wouldn?t say I necessarily disliked anything but the room was quite odd. The interior door threshold was massive with the actual bed area disproportionately small, and the only light m on the ceiling was in the threshold, not the center of the room.

My original room.? when I entered had unmade beds, towels on dresser.? I returned to front desk.? they checked out the room .? confirmed my findings.? and gave me a different room

Conveniently near the interstate highway. The hot breakfast was really very good.

Woke up freezing cold. I had not realized that I needed to turn a wall heating unit on.

Environment. Couldn't sleep due to people late night 4 wheeling right off the property

The spacious room was the best characteristic of the hotel. In addition to the big room, it was really helpful having two sinks since it saved a lot of time washing up.

Tepid shower/sub-par mattress. Not consistent with Hampton Inns I¿ve stayed at across the country. I¿ve always been able to depend on excellent experiences in the past. I was very disappointed. The shower never warmed up and the bed was lacking.

Don¿t recommend this hotel for pet owners but felt safe as a solo traveler.

They charge $50 fee for pets. The Room was not properly cleaned, bathroom floor had sticky residue everywhere. The coffee machine had white film in the water container.

Love the comfortable bed. Breakfast was a good variety.

Sheets and pillows were lacking. But the bed was still comfortable.

We got there at 2:00 in the morning. The staff was nice and we were able to get right to our room. The bed was comfortable and I fell right to sleep.

I thought it was a little expensive but I was only there for about 7 hours, so I didn't get the full experience.

I liked the spacious rooms, I have over time had the chance to occupy three different style rooms. They were clean and a comfy atmosphere. The staff is always very helpful and pleasant. My kids had the most fun swimming in their two pools and jacuzzi.

If only the hotel could have cheaper room prices for weekday rental rates.

Large walk-in shower and location.

Hot water takes awhile to get up to the 4th floor but the view was fantastic (Room 405) so that's okay. Room service would be a nice option for some of our meals but Lenwood has a lot of restaurants so that's okay also.

Pool & hot tub was open and breakfast buffet. So nice to have those options open again.

Floors are a little thin. We stayed on the 3rd floor and even with regular walking you could hear our own footsteps. Therefore, had to be extra careful with our 3 little kids not to make too much noise.

Very Large Walk-in Shower!

Coffee maker in the room was clogged, took a very long time to make one cup but the coffee was okay when it finally finished.
