Home2 Suites by Hilton Barstow

Very clean and large spacious room. Grandson loved the indoor pool! Breakfast was also above average with lots of choices.

Clean, modern hotel for Barstow. Close to restaurants.

Should have a paved sidewalk.

Room was very nice.

Breakfast was very disappointing. All carbs and sweets. The breakfast serving area was small and overcrowded.

Loved the room with kitchen and living area.

Carpets were dirty and needed replacing

Was supposed to receive 50$ back only received 16$ with no explanation room was not damaged

Spacious room, clean

Water pressure in shower

Location, Pet friendly and room size Great for more than a one night stay

Towels were very stiff. One was actually frayed. Kinda of disappointed as it was a Hilton!

Convenient location. Cleanliness was excellent.

Had to change rooms due to kids in room overhead. Manager was quick to solve this issue.

The room was immaculate

Breakfast was lacking¿.glad there was a Denny¿s close by

I had to call Hilton customer support to report that a member of staff was completely rude to my disabled friend. It was unfortunate as it happened prior to checking out and also made my 6hr drive to Sedona a downer

The hotel and staff was excellent on check in and yet next morning a male staff member was inappropriate and has no reason to be in a customer service position. He degraded my disabled friend.

Friendly staff Clean rooms New hotel Good breakfast Recognize Hilton membership

it was very quite, the beds were comfortable, I can't say much about the pillows because I just had neck surgery which makes it had to say if they were perfect.

the thermostat needs a dimmer on it, the room was lit up like Christmas, the clock was very bright as well competing with both lights mad it impossible to fall asleep.

The staff was not that friendly. Upon check in the clerk said my card was being charged $50 for incidentals. He didn¿t say anything else about refunding if not used, nothing. It wasn¿t until I questioned it that he said if it wasn¿t used it would be retur

Band new and modern, coffee 24hrs, business center excellent.

Nice , easy access.

Very clean room!

The hotel was so clean and our room was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing, it was dirty trash from every window view.

The staff

Convenient location for stopover.

Thin, thin walls.

I have fallen in love with your hotels! They are great, I?m in another as I type. Everything and everyone are top notch!
