The laundry facilities need maintenance; used floss pick left behind in bathroom

I was impressed with the cheese omelet at the buffet breakfast.

I t was difficult to find the way into the parking lot even though I had Siri's assistance.

Coffee in the morning runs out quick but that?s due to patrons filling their thermos and to go cups!!

Staff was friendly

It is run down and furniture in room badly stained. No usb ports. Heater made a horrible noise and could hear the heater in room above us. Definitely needs updating.

My only negative comment would be that the ice machines didn?t work

The fridge and freezer do not work and we had to throw away all items we had in the fridge/freezer.

Location was great, the staff was very friendly and the pool looked so so so inviting!!

i GOT PLACED IN A HANDICAPPED ROOM; broken tiles in the bathroom and the shower/tub seat for wheelchair accessible people was blocked by the sink. I am not handicapped but there is no way a person in a wheelchair could easily get to that seat!

Large pool area and comfortable room

The cleanliness around the pool area needed attention. Towels at the pool needed to be taken away and replaced and the furniture tidied and laid out for guests by early morning

Easy check in Location

Got a room with a couch/sofa bed. Cushions stained. Mattress cover stained. Unusable.

Proximity to our event

There was only one working ice machine, and that was when it wasn?t empty. We went through six sets of room keys and we?re blamed instead of them solving the problem. The breakfast was absolutely subpar.

Location and parking

Hotel starting to show age. Carpet in hallways dirty. Housekeeping average to below average. I expected more for the price I paid.

It was kind of nasty. Stain, hair, and dirt everywhere.

It's location, the room and all the amenities, and how pleasant the staff was. The staff and other guest were very nice and friendly.

The body wash container was empty and there was no hand soap to wash your hands. We just used our body wash in place of the hand soap.

We like the free breakfast the room was very nice for the price and checkout being at 12 was helpful

No Jacuzzi

Front office on Friday was amazing the help on Sunday was not so great. I didn¿t want to knock down the experience for a few on Sunday they were not great at Customer Service

We have stayed here three times and every single time that we have stayed the pancake maker isn¿t working. We normally will stay from Friday and leave Sunday. The breakfast on Saturday is wonderful but the The breakfast and service on Sunday was awful.

The location was good for our event - The High Desert Round Up.

Our room was tired - had cosmetic issues and the HVAC unit was missing labels so we were hot at night until we figured it out. The TV was a problem until I fixed it. The breakfast was dry and tasteless. Supplies kept running out during our three days.

The room did not have a TV guide. Tell you what channels or what you had to use the guide on the TV which took forever also, we had a room with what was supposed to be two queen size bed. They were more like two full size beds, my feet were off the end of
