This reservation was caused by an unintended click, yet my immediate cancellation request was unjustly denied, clearly violating U.S. consumer protection laws. As an attorney, I will pursue litigation for punitive damages.

We had a very late arrival due to plane delays and overnight road construction from San Diego to Barstow and staff was there to check us in at 2:30 in the morning. For the price it met expectations.

The shower head needed a good descaling, hair in the bathtub. Hairdryer did not work.

It was very clean even though it?s a little older. The courtyard right outside was nice. The overall property exceeded my expectations. Would stay there again.

This hotel took me back in time when service and details mattered. Friendly staff good breakfast ( cooked in restaurant) even a pen a paper pad in the room with fridge, microwave, phone, comfy beds and desk. No penny pinching like in many hotels nowadays.

No dislikes, wish we could stay longer , will stay again.

The location was easy to find and right off the highway. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious

Half the outlets in our room did not work and we could not charge our devices. There is a metal plate all around the bottom of the bed that rattled and made noise every time we got up.

First room the tv and phone didnt work. Waited forever for someone to come to the desk to check in and then she was rude. She was rude when we asked for a working tv. The second room was freezing cold. We had to wear our coats until about 2:00 am.

for an older hotel it is very nice. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the grassy courtyard was beautiful.

Easy to locate - professional front office and staff. In house resturant and bar were a plus.

Seemed fairly clean.

Woke up to a bathtub full of dirty water. Moved room¿s quickly. Was a hassle. Walls are super thin. We could hear our neighbors all night.

The bed was comfortable and the people friendly (restaurant, front desk).Good cable tv.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Very unpleasant. Heating system unbearably noisy. Turned it off and slept in a cold room. And the catch and release trap in the courtyard was not reassuring! Very limited vending machines with no water (sold out).

It was clean. The breakfast was very good.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The heat wouldn't regulate so you either had it on or off. The outside door had gaps so it let in cold air. The bathroom counter was on a slant so everything would roll off. This hotel definitely needs some updating.

Excellent customer service, good restaurant and lounge, clean comfortable room. Nice courtyard area.

Next to the highway and had a great restaurant.

Paid for a pet room and then had to pay an additional $20. Person checking us in was unfriendly and had a poor attitude. Lobby smelled. Room was adequate but not comfortable.

This hotel had great customer service. It was great to have the restaurant and bar attached. The food was good, the free breakfast made to order breakfast was a great value.

The heater / air conditioner was kind of loud so every time it kicked on and off it woke me up. But the room was clean and comfortable.

Clean room with solid bed.

The room online looks nothing like the actual room it was so noisy they set off fire works in the floor above us the shower drain clogged there was dust in the room and the remote for the tv didn¿t even have a back the bed was so uncomfortable and more

Straight off the motorway. Close to shops and eateries. Breakfast was included.

That I was allowed to have my dog with me. I am a repeat customer and like the adjoining restaurant, makes it convenient to get a meal without additional driving.

Just because it is pet friendly, that does not make it ok for another guest to have a dog that barked all night long.
