Room size

The location, the dining area in the morning filthy tables of filthy chairs are filthy. Everything’s outdated the decor.

I like the room best.

1. There were never sufficient plates during breakfast. 2. Elevator permit/inspection expiration was in 2024. 3. Room keys were deactivated one day before check-out day. 4. The seats’ material in the breakfast area was peeling.

It?s always clean, rooms are also cleaned and touched up daily

There were buses allowed to park in the small parking lot that took up 10 parking spots 2 nights, which really should have been parked on the street

Big long black hair in the sink, bed is worn out!! Pillows were like rocks- never again. Paid more to go here and it was a disappointment

The breakfast was great being open 6-10am. There were plenty of options and I tried a few of them. It was also nice to have the pool open at 7am. We were able to eat, swim, and shower all before checkout. It was 85 degrees by 9AM, so the pool was great.

Clean. Very comfortable bed, linens and pillows! Very nice breakfast with plenty of options - including fresh fruit and they even had a "travel bag" at the front desk which was a super nice touch that included bottled water, a bagel, and apple.

I make a reservation with 2 bed and when I arrive to the hotel I found they give me a king bed because third party make a reservation for 1 person

We found a lot of hair on the sheets

Friendly staff, good breakfast selection, and in a convenient location next to many stores and restaurants. I expected very little after reading some terrible reviews but I did not have any of the issues others stated.

The rooms were clean

I dont have anything against bringing your pets.but they should not be allowed were the food is.and we ask for coffee they said the coffee pot was broken.

Room was very nice

I had to ask multiple times to speak with the manager because the front desk girl kept putting me off and as I was concerned they owed me $---- and I thought she was avoiding me.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Big room. Comfortable bed. I cannot ask for anything more - 100% happy!

10 miles from I-5 Freeway. I booked this hotel as an overnight stop on the way to my drive to LA. I think the hotel is 10 miles away from the I-5 Freeway which I believe is not ideal for a stop on the way.

Cleanliness, nice A/C in the room, comfortable beds.

Didn't like the fact that the curtains do not close all the way.

The staff were wonderful.

I know because of the shortage of toiletries. We had to ask for them down stairs.

The room had a scent of some type of tea. The room was pricy.

Yes. At 5:30am the smoke alarm went off in the hotel and would not quit for 10-15 mins because someone was smoking in the downstairs rest room So I did not get back to sleep and I arrived at the place at 2am. So lack of sleep.

Room was clean

Asked for a handicap accessible room. Gave me a room on the 2nd floor all the way to the end. They have free breakfast but I could not walk that far.

The location is good and breakfast is nice! Staff was supportive!

Key card machine not working when we checked in, tub was backed up when we showered and bathroom light would not shut off. Asked for a room on the non-traffic side and was told none were available.

Like all hotels in the Hilton group, excellent beds.

Breakfast was pretty awful. Powdered scrambled eggs with ham and cheese was the consistency of jello. Butter was frozen.
