- The breakfast could have been better. I loved the fitness center, free parking is always a plus, I would definitely stay again, but not book with Booking.comI also loved that the receptionist asked me to sign up to be a member and I am able to gain points and check out a little later.
- Staff. Nancy was outstanding! How lucky you are to have such a wonderful person as an ambassador! Super helpful and just a great attitude. She made our day!

- Clean - Breakfast was great.
- I didn't like that I was charged an accidental fee for something we did not break. When speaking with management they said the housekeeper took a picture of a broken hand towel rack and charged us for it. They emailed me the picture which I have attached with this review. The towel rack looks like it came loose from the holder and we would have noticed that. I know for a fact we didn't break or damage anything in that room because we were only there from 8pm on Thanksgiving till 10am the following day and during that time, nothing was damaged or broken. I would never stay at another Fairfield hotel again and I highly recommend others to choose a different hotel for your stay. This hotel is a franchise hotel, so they are looking for every way to make money. The beds are uncomfortable and they offer little amenities. The breakfast is also bad. I've never had such an awful experience and I've stayed at many hotels!

I liked that they had open availability during the Thanksgiving holiday but after experiencing our stay, I understand why they had open availability.
