- The staff was very friendly
- Best part was we accidentally left our iPad in the room and got a call from the front desk to come pick it up about 1 hour after we left. It was kept in at the front desk and we had no issues picking it up.
- The rooms were real comfortable and cozy
Cons -
- Yes... The Front Desk manager no name . Rude, short when I ask questions. Hit my card for $200. Said I peed on the bed. It was stage. I worked for A sister hotel sued & won. This what is comes down to. She No name lacks Hospitality, Integrity, complaint
- Area was not great quite a few homeless people out front. Couldn¿t find entrance well at all. Pillows had some stains on it. Had a very strange smell everywhere especially in the breakfast area. Bed was hard as a rock, and slept like crap because of it.
- I had to go outside every time I wanted a cigarette and I'm a smoker
