Pros +

Rooms and hotel were clean, quiet and well kept. Check in was easy and had friendly staff. Full size refrigerator and ice tray were convenient. A/C unit worked great and always kept the room cool. Overall, great value for price and the 2.5 star rating.
It was clean,nice professional Staff,secure and safe, lighting very Brite in parking lot
The beds were comfy. Location is good.

Cons -

Front desk staff wasn?t available more often than not. Room doesn?t have coffee maker. No breakfast offered. Lots of bugs (killed a cockroach my first night).
The room was a bit smaller than what I thought and the bed was a bit on the cheap side. Newer sheets and covers would be nice. Due to the star rating there were few amenities and no dishes. Due to star rating not as nice as its 3 star neighbor hotels.

The beds were comfy. Location is good.

The floors were dirty. The staff was rude, inattentive, and unhelpful. We asked for 2 towels and 2 blankets. Nope, cannot have either. Wifi - only 2 devices per room allowed. Need anything extra at this one? Nope. Breakfast, nope.
