- Assistance and courtesy of the personnel
- It was a very charming hotel and was more upscale than I expected! Rooftop terrace was perfect, room was cozy but never felt too small, staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to friends and family!

- Bathroom way too small
- Nothing about the hotel itself but the small hike up a inclined street to get there is a little bit of a struggle but worth it.
