This hotel canceled my reservation prior to my check in. I has to spend the night sleeping in my car because the hotel could not communicate their expectations. The front desk Madame was rude.

Customer service was poor. Cigarette butts left under the bathroom counter, manager claimed he couldn't compensate because he couldn't prove they weren't mine and I didn't report it 30 minutes into our stay.

Nothing really.

No one showed me to my room. They just wrote the number on a paper I though it said 33A because that¿s what the guy wrote had to walk around the place all three floors.

None, what so ever.

Very dirty. 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth is all they have in the room. No trash can in the room, no TV control, coffee maker no pitcher. Refrigerator doesn't close door we have to ask for stuff that should have been in the room. no ice bucket either

It was in a good location

Dirty, maintenance wise it was unkept, questionable people making their stay

Lobby staff manager  was very rude and very disrespectful, First room given on 3rd floor was very dirty, it had white paint spots all over wall and AC was hanging off the wall with duck tape. Requested another room 2nd room NO HOT WATER, Terrible

Did not like anything about this hotel. They should have their franchise taken away.

Dried urine on toilet seat, no lightbulbs in lamp, cigarette holes in comforter, bag around smoke detector, used washcloth over shower rod, no hand towels, stained towels, filthy -hair and paint on everything, rude and argumentative front counter person.

Only the location.

The room was not worth the amount paid per night. The microwave glass tray was missing. There was no television remote. They over charged me and would not work with me!

Staff was very rude everything was broken toilet didn't work and then may partner turned the key in because I left to work and the manager was very rude to her

It was so filthy, I didn¿t even wanna let my kids sleep there. I had to kill some roaches, I took pictures of the room. The rooms. They show you look waaaaay different. I got fooled

Close to the beach and needed stores

I had to pay twice my online payment never reached them not happy at all

Hotel was very nasty wouldn¿t ever stay there again,no towels or remote to television in room.No phone in room to contact front office,walked back to office & 3 guest were demanding their money back,hotel refused any reimbursements It was all bad!!

I didn¿t like anything about the experience,it was absolutely horrible,you thinking your staying at a hotel and it¿s definitely terrible,should be $--- a night no good at all!!

What I like about this hotel is the location. That's it

What I didn't like was the service, the room was not all clean. There was no towels and no phone in the room. There was exposed wires on the ceiling by the smoke detector. The room smell like cigarettes even though I got a non smoking room.

Price was probably the only thing that was ok. Other then that everything else was horrible.

It was dirty, too many broken items like light switch, paint coming off the walls, the smell was not pleasant etc...

This hotel was the worse place i,ve ever stay at the room was just the bare minimum in it beds and towels tv no remote shower no bath rug no wash towels no phone in the room so i had to walk to the office to get them.I would like a refund for the day i

pay for . The guy in the office seem upset i wanted a refund,but he what what go on there.

Dirty Not safe Loud Rude workers

There was hair on the floor, pubiic hair In The shower people yelling on the walk way at 5 am no phones to call front desk I just got up and left at 6am

They advertised the pool and it was full of algae and nasty

Absolutely nothing.

The room was filthy and had no lightbulbs or working to remote. No phone in the room, and no one answers front desk when you call. Scary men that seem to be guarding certain rooms throughout the night. Me and my 2 month son are now covered in bug bites

The location, the price , the staff.
