Bear was the most friendly welcoming dog! Hot cider and a fire lit every night.

The rooms were clean and newly renovated. Bathroom clean and well stocked. The beds are very comfy. The bbq area behind our room was very nicely set up.

The room was super clean and you could smell the clean. She was very helpful and made sure to let us know if we needed anything how to get a hold of her. The teenage kids we have loved the place as well. We will definitely be returning we loved the vibe.

This motel has the designation of "sparkly clean". Not only were the rooms spotless, but the outside sitting area and sidewalk were super clean as well. We don't normally stay at motels, but this one is cleaner than some hotels/B&B's we've stayed at.

The hotel was super clean and in a great location. The staff was super friendly.

Because of the portable a/c I think it made the rooms smell a little musty but not bad. Pillows could be better.

We booked rooms in case we were evacuated during a fire. The staff was extremely helpful. They called me before the office closed to make an extra effort to accommodate us in case we had to check in in the middle of the night. Their extra effort and care during a scary time was priceless!

Excellent service and we were met by a very polite and friendly Heder. She helped us deal with all the issues on the spot and was very polite. She helped us solve a lot of important issues with which we came on our first trip to this area. There was a charge for our electric car at the hotel. The required amount of linen and towels. The staff is very friendly to pets. We came with our dog and she was also very pleased. The territory near the hotel is very convenient. There is an area for BBQ and relaxation

Location was great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pretty quiet for being right on the highway. There was a cute little patio area with propane fireplace for relaxing.

Rooms were a bit small and there was dog hair on some of the surfaces and floor (kind of expected at a pet friendly hotel?)

I couldn't figure out the heater, but it wasn't very cold, so it was all good.

Convenient location, room is sufficient, very nice staff, close to store/restaurant.

Airconditioning and the convenience of location (next to the road) was a little noisy

Close to Jackson close to parks quiet and a restaurant next door which is very good.

Can't think of anything that we did not like.

Staff who checked us in first night was great.

Staff the 2nd day indicated she usually stays in room we were in and mysteriously our key stopped working. She made several failed attempts to fix and then offered to move us to another room (probably so she could get the room she wanted) but at that point I just wanted to check out. And so we did. She said she wouldn't give us a refund either, since another room was available and I booked it through Booking.com.

good location, very clean and well equiped. We loved the heating in the room and in the bathroom.
