We were looking for a hotel in Aptos and Seaclift was sold out.
There was no hot water the following morning to shower, the front desk staff said they were trying to get it going before check out. They offered to give me a discount of $--- for the night and then charged me $--- anyways.
Beach is near by but not that good beach
No Air conditioner in rooms which i dont like it as weather was hot and Fans are not working properly

Teenagers are using pool and hottub and are not obviously guests , the pool and spa area should be for hotel guests only.

I loved that you are only one and half blocks from the beach. You also have a separate sitting room and a limited kitchen.
Since there was a kitchen it would have been nice to have it equipment. Also the internet was rather spotty.
The location was great. Very close to the local state beach. There continental breakfast was very nice.
Just keep in mind that this hotel does not have air conditioning. For some this may be an issue, but the weather was cool enough that it was not a big issue. Wi-Fi was slow also.
It had room for 4 of us to stay in with 2 bunk beds and a couch. It was a little tight but still worked excellent. The breakfast room was great and had nice selection.
Room was a little cramped but it still worked great.
