Pros +
- The hotel is reasonably priced and is an easy walk to the Toy Story parking lot to catch a tram to Disneyland. The breakfast offered is decent. Better than others I've had.
- The hotel was at a convenient location, not far from Disneyland which helped me to not drive so much during the rain. The hotel itself and my room were really clean and the breakfast was delicious!
- Free breakfast and free parking
Cons -
- There were no safety handrails in the bathroom. It was very scary to shower. The toilet was not chair height which made it very difficult. We were a senior couple with some mobility issues and this was a real problem for us.
- The towels could be larger and I don't like the reliance on pump soaps for the shower (I prefer bar soap). Overall the hotel is as good as any other in this star level (and better than others).
- The personnel who attended my mom and I on Wednesday, Dec. 20 was rude to my mom when she asked to clarify about the resort fee. The hotel clerk kept giving us an attitude that it made us uncomfortable to ask her for any more assistance.
