They had rooms at the last minute for $20 off

There was plaster missing in the bathroom wall. The television was awful and they really could use coffee.

It¿s not bad on price and is clean

the day I checked in I told the person that the dates had changed was told ok yes but yet they didn¿t change it in the system so they came knocking on our door saying we had to pay for another nite so my husband paid to pay almost 90 more dollars

The staff was friendly and courteous. Made us feel very welcome.

The pool needed cleaning but there had been a major dust storm so they may not have had a chance to address the pool afterward.

Shower. Needs to upgrade. Dirty and old.

Room had an oder to it. There were also flies in the room and other flying insects

a very large contingent of migrants in and out of the hotel grounds...parking lots used by buses. in the morning when I tried to shower, I found that it did not work.

Room was not cleaned. Had to request fresh towels and they put us on the side of the hotel that had field workers who woke us up early as they were getting ready for work. Would definitely not recommend nor stay there again

NOTHING !!! EXCEPT THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS. Office was clean and updated, made us feel upon arrival that the rooms would be the same

Lack of working amenities. Room was a dump that was not presented in the booking pictures Loud guests arguing, slamming doors & playing music kept us up until 2am. ( 5 out of our 8 night stay )

The TV didn't work and the worker couldn't fix it. The shower was filthy and the sink was cracked and falling off the wall.

The room had recently been updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price $--- best deal I came across in Yuma.

Renovated room with very comfortable bed.

Jacuzzi bubbles and heat didnt work. Parking lot should be repaved, lots of potholes.

It billed two rooms at reservation and could not pay separately at check in

Overall the hotel is good. Its dated and needs some work but the hotel was quiet and I was not bothered. The location in town has degraded substantially. While not a hotel issue the location of town is suspect.

The price was great, like $63ish with tax. It looked like the room was just renovated. Nice grey color scheme with stylish furnishings. The bed was extremely comfortable. Late check in person was wonderful! But...... the bathroom was a different story..

Room 207,the door was extremely hard to unlock, embarrassing and frustrating. The bathroom needs an update BIG TIME. The toilet was one of those tiny ones, like for " baby bear." The clientele made the place seem unsafe but we survived.

Availability and cost - location within easy walking distance of some shopping - easily found.

Just a little trashy, no usb ports few electric outlets

This was the 5th time I stay at this hotel when visiting Yuma. The room I got this time had a strong musty smell to it which I think could have easily been remedied.

room too dark needs extra light difficult to get my room serviced They wouldn't do it till 3:30 to 4:30 and that required me to call front desk or I might not have received service. after a day out in Yumma sun I'm ready for a nap not an unserviced room

Lowest rate, Good location and quiet, new furniture is a plus
