Great coffee. Did not eat breakfast. Location was great for us. UofA close by where we attended band day to watch POA. Reasonable rates. Friendly staff. We are 81 & 82 years of age. Easy to get around.

Having a truck, difficulty parking in garage. Only thing we didn't like.

Room, beds were great. Like the ease of hotel layout. Bar was nice. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Property was clean.

Location is very noisy. Street races woke me up a few times over the weekend. Bus stop is right in front of property, so felt unsafe at times. More than a few homeless people sitting on sidewalk near property. I know it was Parents Weekend, but $500 a night for this property was unacceptable. When you pay $500 a night should you expect to listen to heavy traffic noise and walk around homeless people? I don't think so.

I made this reservation for a visiting scholar. The location is excellent.

Scholar reported the wifi was very poor. Not acceptable.

the staff was amazing and helpful. Great location.

Road noise was more annoying than I expected. The windows are not suitable for the location. The hotel is not really clean. Staff seem not to have enough time to clean the room, so it was a very light touch. We ended up buying wet wipes to remove the dust and grime that was in the room after we checked in. Other hotels on the trip were much better, so not a "covid thing"
