The room was spacious and clean
There were no sheets for the sofa bed, when requested I was given a single sheet. The shower took almost 20 minutes to get water that was barely warm. Because of the renovations, the breakfast was very limited.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. They were always busy and worked greet each person that entered. They provided a beautiful entry way, one day over fresh lemon water and one day strawberry water early accessible, DOVE products and they were displayed nicely in the room. It was a great breakfast and evening social. Ice and drinks were always available 24/7.
luggage rack did not work well. Whenever I had to handle my luggage in my own, it made it hard. The 3rd floor was still in process of updating. There were no floor baseboards and some of the wallpaper on the bottom was coming off.

Excellent quality hotel with many amenities. Excellent breakfast service.Excellent staff. Excellent exercise facilities. Excellent pool and spa. Excellent quality room and very spacious, clean and luxurious. Fully equipped kitchen. Very attractive hotel.

Was a good value and good location. Staff were friendly. The room was clean.
The sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom came loose. Maintenance never came to fix it. There was no mat in the bathtub.

Hot Buffet breakfast served by staff with eggs and bacon. Complementary laundry was a nice surprise. Parking was easy.Room was spacious and well laid out.
Light above the bathroom sink was not working and did not get fixed before left. If you in the room on the weekend, don't count on problems being fixed until Monday.

Location is great. Amenities are nice.
I did not like being placed in an "Accessible room" because the hotel was "sold-out" I had a reservation well in advanced, and checked in before midnight.
