- The customer service by the staff was excellent.
- good room and great views of the mountains

Cons -
- I really think this hotel needs a major overhaul. It's old and falling apart. There's only so many times you can plaster cracks in the ceiling and walls. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The bathtub spigot was falling out of the wall. No microwave
- When we got there, they put us in a room. The blinds had holes in it. We asked for a new room they give it to us in the new room. The toilet kept stopping up, went to the front desk twice they solved the problem. They gave me a plunger, and walked off,
- Found out they hired a new maid and she left a used towel behind the bathroom door...room a little dusty.
