Sierra Inn Near Fort Huachuca AZ

The clerk. He was very friendly and accommodating.

The pool was closed with green water. They have people renting and we had a bad experience with one of the people living there. The hotel clerk did talk to the person and we didn’t have anymore trouble. Also the phone in our room did not work at all.

Staff was horrible rude didn’t clean room. Mud on shower wall. Dried blood on door. They gave our room away twice after we paid for it and after we already checked in. Never had breakfast at 7. Never opened until at least 830 am or later. And so on

I liked the Location. It's close to the center of town.

The beds are rock hard, as well as the rock hard feather pillows. We called the office over and over, trying to get wash cloths, never got an answer. We had to go down there. We eventually got hand towels, because they were out of washcloths!

Quiet and clean

The coffee pot was funky!

The bed was old & hard the door was warped and didn¿t even close all the way. Free breakfast was only waffles and cereal. Other than being fairly clean it was not worth the money, it¿s definitely haunted all night stuff was happening in our room.

Room was large with large bathroom. Easy access from outside. Clean. Nice breakfast daily. Outdoor pool available.

Somewhat noisy traffic from the street at times when trying to sleep in.

Real bad clorox smell. Use something else to disinfect. It took a whole day and no service on the room to get the clorox out of our nose.

The web site stated that breakfast was available but while we were there no breakfast was available. This was one of the reasons I chose this facility. Felt that they to fulfill their promise.
