They had a good breakfast & a snack to take with you when you left.

The pool & hot tub were broken not able to use them.

Clean Staff was friendly Nice room

The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was most comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel because it hosts an AVA walk series. The desk clerk didn't know what I was talking about, but the manager would be in in about "an hour and a half". Why not call and ask? Also, housekeeping was in the room before I checked out.

Hamptons are usually great reliable places to stay, and in SV it was nice to find a solid clean hotel.

A/C unit in our room had no power and the wall control panel also did not work. Refrigerator thawed out overnight and dumped melted ice water everywhere. Closet door would not latch closed.

The property itself,lobby,room hallways, hotel grounds all very clean, well manicured. Friendly,welcoming staff, breakfast buffet fabulous, the best free hotel breakfast we enjoyed on our road trip. I complained about our shower, not taken serious

Yes n a road trip headed back home this was our overnight stop. Arrived late evening,room clean,spacious however shower door stuck. Did not slide open and black mold on side and bottom. Informed front desk in AM at our check out, got an apology : /

Rooms and whole hotel were nice and clean. Getting a nice new remodel.

Good location, good amenities

Not really. Pretty much what we expected. The walls were a little thin and being on the 2nd floor we heard a lot of footsteps from the room above us.

Rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was good.

There was too much chlorine in the pool and whirlpool. It was so strong it burned my eyes just being in there. It hurt the kids eyes too. Couldn't stay long in there.

Clean,and staff worked with me,for a ADA room,when I forgot to book it.

The breakfast was ok. They offered a cup of fresh cut strawberries and blueberries that was excellent.

The egg dishes were not very tasty, one day frozen omelets heated up that tasted like they had velveeta cheese in them, yuck. The scrambled eggs were tasteless and I don't think they were made with real eggs, maybe a carton egg mix or powdered?

Convenient location.Comfortable bed.Clean.Good breakfast.
