Knights Inn - Sierra Vista, AZ

Great price, polite efficient staff, convenient to places I needed to go, easy parking, quiet room, TV with full range of channels, strong but quiet a/c. Check in /check out were quick and easy.

The room was dirty. Beds were dirty. Beds were extremely uncomfortable

Clean and the lady working front desk was wonderful. Got us checked in and was very pleasant to us.

Tv, didn't work. Shower was small and cold.

The bed was comfortable.

The towels smelled badly, we asked for our room to be cleaned for the next day. When we returned/ only towels were replaced. We checked out and did not stay the 2nd night. elsewhere.

Owners and staff are great people and they really try and keep it in decent shape but it is a little bit older motel, but guaranteed best day for the money in the area and like I said it is clean and they do keep maintenance on it

Make sure to get a room away from the road if road noise bother, it¿s right on Fry Boulevard and Dan Road rush-hour. There¿s a good bit of traffic.

Seclusion was nice. Staff didnt bother me unless I called or walked to the front desk. The hotel was pet friendly so my old dogs was fine going for walks around property.

When we first arrived, the room door wouldnt close, let alone lock. Had to be transferred to another room. The second room smelt like a dirty diaper at first, but after airing in out all was good.

Room was clean, but small. Heat sucked! It February & the door is not sealed at all. You can see the light around it. I had to go to Wal-Mart & buy a portable heater! The staff are wonderful & I understand they're not owners. I stayed 2 nights & returned

The shower sucks! It's a slammed stand up shower with a drain that doesn't work! I don't know if that's all rooms. You're kill your elbows in there, horrible! It's better than the 2 other cheap hotels in Searri Vista though.

Clean room and welcoming, helpful staff. Great value for the low price.

The hotel was easy to get to, had a nice pool and a really nice manager. They are also accommodating to dogs so that was helpful.

The shower was odd, it was a corner shower and the curtain didn't keep in water.

apparently the hotel houses long term residents who believe that since the hotel is their "home" they can make as much noise as they want whenever they want. I didn't get very much sleep because of the noise.

Room is very dirty and smells really bad . Cockroaches in the room rolling around while you were sleeping. There is a lot of tenants that are weekly and monthly very noisy around you. There is a lot of smoking section in front of the bedroom. It smells !

Absolutely nothing about this hotel I liked it is in a horrible neighborhood. Disgusting authority air conditioners do not work would not recommend for anyone definitely not if you have children for sure

There were a lot of roaches in the room had a couple of bug bites in the morning when we woke up.

The distance to the school I needed to visit.

One bed was broken and the bathroom sink was backed up plus a very distinctive smell I can't pin point.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

There is a fuse/power shortage in the room. Tv didn¿t work and only lights were from the bathroom because there was a power shortage in the rest of the room. We just tolerated it because we were only there for one night
