- Elevator door shut on my arm, ouch
- Staff refused to switch our room to a different location claiming none available in same type (lie). Hotel was half empty and all rooms are the same price! Elevator,ice machine & latches are LOUD! Fairfield didn't deliver the 100% satisfaction guarantee!
- This is overpriced for what is offered. The king room is TINY. The pool was dirty and gross. Prime of summer and dirty pool? You can do better. Not sure how it has such high ratings.
