TV’s were a little broken (color bleeding in the screen. Not a huge issue though.

We liked everything about our experience. You never know what you're going to get when you book online and have never been to it. It was very clean, breakfast was amazing, there was the option of an indie restaurant, and the pool was just perfect

The TV service was great with the exception of being able to log into your own personal apps....I would only say to add that to the table service but honestly there were quite the selection with the On Demand

The staff was friendly and the room was. Clean and comfortable.

Convenient location for the cycling event. The tile work around the hotel was beautiful.

The shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. The room air conditioner was very loud.

Restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (when we arrived) and had limited service because the cook didn't come to work.

The hospitality at this hotel is fantastic! We spent 5 days at this location and couldn¿t be more happier with our experience. Fresh towels every day, delicious hot breakfast buffet¿.clean pool! We will be returning customers!

Nothing. It was awful.

Very dirty. Bugs. Damaged. Only stayed 5 minutes and was still charged. Staff was not helpful at all. Deceiving pictures on website and definitely doesnt deserve the rating or cleanness advertisement. I feel mislead and cheated by the whole experience.

Location: easy to get to, two very good restaurants within a block.

About the only thing it has going for it is the location.

We've stayed at Sierra Suites a ton of time over the past 25-years. We've LOVED Sierra Suites.

NEW OWNERS...and they have made bad changes. First...they tried to gouge us for $30 extra bucks at check-in. We arrived at 1 PM. They said check-in before 2 would cost us $30. They had rooms ready...but wanted $30 for nothing. Breakfast sucked.

Very quaint, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (we had a problem gaining access to our room but staff were on top of it), great breakfast.

Two of the three lamps did not work, our TV remote was out of batteries. Getting into our room was frustrating. But it was all handled well.
