- The staff ABSOLUTELY! The desk clerk at check-in and at check-out were fantastic! Efficient and super friendly and accommodating.
- Very clean
- Staff was super friendly. Our room was very clean, lots of room to spread out. Bed was comfortable and decent water pressure in the shower. The included breakfast was cooked food, not just your usual continental breakfast.
Cons -
- The HVAC unit in room 104 kept the room at about 80 degrees even with the thermostat set at 56 degrees.
- No
- Letting pets in the rooms that were not truly rescue pets. Everyone has pets and say they need them. We will not use best western again.
