Pros +
- It is a great location in Show Low. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant is top notch. The bed was very comfortable. Fridge has a good size freezer for keeping ice packs frozen for our cooler. I overall really like this Hotel.
- Other than having a little tiny patch of grass for the dogs, I can’t say much for it. I’d rather pay more in state someplace nicer and cleaner.

Cons -
- I booked a 2 double bed mobility access roll in shower room, 12 days in advance to stay following memorial services I needed to attend. I needed it to roll in with my walker to use the bathroom and also sit to shower for safety reasons since I have lost a lot of weight from poor appetite during cancer treatment and get weak and dizzy at times when standing. I confirmed upon check in when I got there, that is the room they had for me and was told "No" that is not the room they had for me. I showed my confirmation email of that is what I had booked and was told it wasn't available but they "did have a botton floor for me". I was also asked "did I need two beds?" If that is what I booked, why would I be asked if that is "what I needed". I had my 13 year old son with me, who would not want to share a bed with me. Is it standard procedure for staff to change, or question, the type of room a guest books specifically for the reason intended? Do they just assume people accidentally book a room they don't need? The bathroom was tiny and made it very difficult for me to maneuver safely in case I fall without the support of my walker trying to use the bathroom. I worked hotel front desk for at least 5 years and never imagined any hotel would change an ADA room to a standard unless a guest specifically stated at check in they didn't actually need that room to accommodate them. Or at least staff could call a guest and confirm they in fact needed that room ahead of check in.
- The rooms were old. The bathroom was old a broken window in the bathroom. They don’t have central air. They just have units in each room, which don’t work very well. Everything is just old.
- The door had a major gap at the bottom. Had to put a blanket down which in the morning was frozen.
