I liked how the room I stayed in was separate from the rest. Some of the rooms seemed like small apartments. It even had a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans for home cooking. Location was great. Right around the corner from all the shops and restau.
Location, location, location!
The owners, and her daughter, are truly delightful people. We had wonderful conversations. As a practical aside, this is a quaint little motel in the heart of downtown Sedona. Nothing fancy, just a warm, friendly home away from home.

Cons -

Could use heavier blankets on the beds
Bed and Mattress were old and uncomfortable. We did not sleep well at all.
Let's see...no, I can't think of anything offhand.
